prof. dr. Maks Babuder, EIMV, Deputy Director

 

Maks Babuder received his B.S.E.E.degree from University of Ljubljana, Slovenia in 1964 and Ph.D.degree from University of Zagreb, Croatia. He started his professional career as Research Engineer at the High-Voltage Laboratory of the »Milan Vidmar« Electric Power Research Institute in Ljubljana. Later on he became its Head and is currently the Institutes Assistant Managing Director. During the period from 1987 to 2008 he has had also an academic career at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of Ljubljana teaching students the High-Voltage Engineering. He is a Member of IEEE Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation Society, Distinguished Member of CIGRÉ and Member of ÖVE
