Marko Senčar
Marko Senčar works in the Director’s Office of ACER as a seconded national expert. He participates in designing some processes related to Network Codes and Infrastructure, especially related to implementation monitoring, and other internal processes within ACER. His professional experience is longer than twenty years in the energy sector, from which he spent more than eleven years as the Deputy Director of Energy Agency of the Republic of Slovenia, the Slovenian national energy regulatory authority. Before that he lead a directorate within the Ministry of Economic Affairs where he actively participated in preparing and opening of the energy market and lead the preparatory activities to set up the regulatory agency. He represented the agency in CEER and ERGEG (and was vice president of CEER board for two years), was member of ACER BoR for a year and is vice-president of the national committee of the professional association CIGRE.
